A young man with (h/c) hair was mumbling to himself as he was packing for Summer vacation with his brother Alfred and his friends. He went over his list one last time before heading out. Where you ask? Florida. 
"Meow?" his cat purred. He looked down and smiled before petting her.
"Don't worry, I found someone who will be staying with ya while I'm gone." he told her. Standing up and walking out the door, he waved good bye to the cat before leaving.

"Holy whoa...." (y/n) gasped as he looked at the big summer home.
"Dude! About time ya got here!" Alfred said as he walked over and ruffled up his hair. "How's California?"
"It's been good. Nice to get away once in awhile." the younger sighed. You see, (y/n) was the sate of California, he gets his hands full a bit so going on vacation was nice.
"Come on, the others are waiting inside!"
(y/n) followed him inside. But he couldn't help but feel..... uneasy. He just shrugged it off and kept following his brother. When they got inside, the green eyed blond greeted him first.
"Nice to see you, (y/n)." the Britain man said.
"Same to you, Arthur." (y/n) replied. 

*TIME SKIP*

RUUUMBBBLLLLEEEE

"Alfred is that your stomach again?!" Arthur asked.
"No!" he snapped.
"I think it's a-" (y/n) was soon cut off with a louder, more powerful sound.

RUUUUMMMMMMBBBBBLEEEEEE!!!! 

"EARTHQUAKE!!!!!"

Everyone started to panic but soon realized that had to find somewhere safe to hide if they wanted to see daylight again, everything else was a blur.

"(y/n)! Wake up!"
With a groan, the boy slowly got up, with help from Alfred. He almost fell over but he was caught.
"Hm, from what I'm hearing, that was a 7.0 that hit." Francis said.
"That's not good." Yao said as he looked around, it was your normal mess, buildings nothing but piles of rocks, people looking for loved ones, etc.
"Well let's help clean up, where still standing so-"
"So what?" Arthur asked. "(y/n)? Are you alright?"
He let out a silent scream before he was doubled over in pain.
"Dude! What's wrong?!" Alfred gasped. "Are you hurt?!"
"I need to go back!" (y/n) gasped.
"Back where?" Yao gasped.
"California!" he snaps. "An aftershock hit!"
"Well let's go!" Alfred said.

"Sir you're back!" a lady gasped as she ran over.
"What's... what's the damage?" (y/n) asked, still feeling the pain of the earthquake. 
"82 people have died.... it was a 9.2."
"...... I see, any missing?"
"None that we know of."
"Alright then."
The lady nodded and went back the police and firemen. (y/n) sat down on the ground and held his chest, it felt tight and was getting harder to breathe. He felt a hand on his shoulder, looking up he saw blue eyes.
"Don't worry bro! I got your back!" Alfred wooted. "I am a hero!"
"I shall help as well."
"As will I!"
"Me too, aru!"
"Da, so will I."
"You all will....?" (y/n) gasped.
"Meow!"
A white cat jumped into his lap and purred.
"How did you get here?"
"I brought her here." Matthew said as he walked over.
"Dude! What took ya so long?" Alfred asked.
"I'll tell you later, right now we should help (y/n)"
"Right!"

(y/n) laughed a little, remembering that time was like remembering a bad dream with a happy ending. He looked at the scar on his chest one last time before putting on his (f/c) shirt.
"Meow?"
"Nikki, ever wonder what would happen if the world came together and work side by side?" he asked his cat.
"Meow I don't know meow."
"My thou- WAIT DID YOU JUST TALK?!"
